GYLA TOGETHER WITH CIPDD HELD A CONFERENCE TO DETERMINE THE NEEDS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

GYLA and CIPDD held a conference to determine the needs of local governments attended by mayors and representatives of municipalities in different regions of Georgia.

The experiences and perspectives of cooperation between local governments and the non-governmental sector were discussed at the conference. The problematic issues and needs existing at the local government level were shaped and identified as a result of the interactive discussion.

The Parliament of Georgia has made an important contribution to the event organized for the future cooperation with the local self-government and to determine their needs that allow for future coordinated and result-oriented cooperation between the non-governmental sector and government
