In protest of the developments in the judicial system, NGOs refuse to present their report and demand that issues in the judicial system be addressed in the parliamentary format and prompt reforms be implemented

Starting from today, June 1, 2017 the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association started the monitoring of local self-government elections pre-election processes. Although the pre-election campaign is not officially launched yet, the events that precede the pre-election campaign are the subject of observation for the organization. 

Recently it has been reported that Georgia has been refusing to grant a residence permit to Azerbaijani political activists, journalists and human rights advocates.
