GYLA PRESENTED RESULTS OF CRIMINAL COURT MONITORING 

Non-governmental organizations respond and condemn the xenophobic statement of Salome Zurabishvili, a presidential candidate supported by Georgian Dream.

We would like to comment on the statement made today by the executive secretary of Georgian Dream and the chairman of Parliament of Georgia, which continues an aggressive rhetoric against the non-governmental sector.

Today GYLA have filed a claim with the Constitutional Court on behalf of Zurab Japaridze to demand that the following eight articles of the Code of Administrative Offences be recognized as unconstitutional.
